探讨营养支持与心理干预措施对食管癌患者营养状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨营养支持与心理干预措施对食管癌患者营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法:收治食管癌放疗患者84例,对照组自行进食,研究组给予营养支持与心理干预措施,比较两组的营养状态、生活质量。结果:放疗后研究组营养状态及生活质量明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者采取营养支持与心理干预措施,可明显改善患者的营养状态及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional support and psychological intervention on nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:84 patients with esophageal cancer were selected for radiotherapy.The control group ate food on its own,while the study group received nutritional support and psychological intervention.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After radiotherapy,the nutritional status and quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional support and psychological intervention for esophageal cancer patients can improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
