星状神经节脉冲射频术治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨行星状神经节脉冲射频治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者82例,分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例),治疗组采用星状神经节脉冲射频治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后计算疗效评分以及评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组对头晕、头痛、体位性猝倒、旋颈试验及改善肩部疼痛、恶心呕吐及心慌症状及症状积分总分改善方面明显优于对照组,两组均未见不良反应。结论:星状神经节脉冲射频治疗顽固性椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的疗效。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion pulse radiofrequency on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:82 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected,they weredivided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was treated with stellate ganglion pulse radiofrequency,the control group was treated with simple drug therapy.The curative effect score was calculated before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the improvement of postural dyspraxia neck test for dizziness and headache,as well as the improvement of shoulder pain,nausea and vomiting,the improvement of cardiac symptoms and the total score of symptoms.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The stellate ganglion pulse radiofrequency treatment has a good curative effect on refractory vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.
