摘 要:针对井水灌溉地区其地下井水含氧量低的问题,探究加氧灌溉对作物生长的影响.通过盆栽试验,研究壤土栽培条件下地下井水不加氧浇灌、不加氧地下滴灌,及地下井水加氧浇灌、加氧地下滴灌4个处理对茄子的光合速率、产量、生物量和品质的影响.结果表明,井水加氧地下滴灌处理的光合速率明显高于其它3个处理,产量较其它处理平均增加13.0%.此外,加氧地下滴灌促进茄子维生素C和可溶糖的积累,维生素C含量和可溶糖含量相对于不加氧地下滴灌分别提高14.6%和29.1%,而相对于不加氧浇灌处理分别提高17.6%和35.6%.因此,井水加氧地下滴灌处理可以促进壤土上茄子生长,达到增产且改善品质的效果.The oxygen level in the well water is often low,which limits crop production.This study investigat.ed the effects of oxygenation of the well water on eggplant growth and quality.Eggplants were grown in pots filled with loam soil,with four treatments included:surface irrigation with well water but non-oxygenated(SI),surface irrigation with oxygenated well water(SO),subsurface drip irrigation with well water but nonoxygenated(DI),and 4)subsurface drip irrigation with oxygenated well water(DO).The results showed that plants in DO treatment had the highest photosynthetic rate and yield,which was 13%higher compared with the other three treatments.In addition,both vitamin C and soluble sugar of eggplant were enhanced by oxygenation,with vitamin C in DO being 14.6%and 17.6%higher compared with that in DI and SI,respec.tively,while soluble sugar in DO being 29.1%and 35.6%higher compared with that in DI and SI,respective.ly.Therefore,subsurface drip irrigation with oxygenated well water not only increased plant growth and yield,but also improved the quality of eggplant grown in a loam soil.
