摘　　要：加强高校实验队伍建设是提高实验教学质量和建设一流实验室的有效途径,针对目前高等院校实验队伍的现状,从为"双一流"建设做好有效支撑的角度,提出了从改变观念、科学定位,统筹规划、优化结构,完善体制、规范管理,重视培养、提高素质,强化培训、提升技能,注重考核、有效激励等方面进行实验队伍建设的思路,以期加强实验队伍建设,提高实验室建设和管理水平。Strengthening the team construction for experiments in universities is an effective way to improve the quality of experimental teaching and build first-class laboratories. In view of the present situation, this paper put forward some suggestions for the construction of experiment team so as to provide some necessary support for the realization of "double first-class", and improve the level of laboratory construction and management, which include the following aspects:concept change, scientific positioning, overall planning, optimizing structure, perfecting system, standardizing management,attaching importance to training, improving quality, upgrading skills, focusing on assessment and introducing an effective incentive system.
