摘　　要：目的规范门诊部医疗废物(简称医废)处置流程,形成门诊部医废管理处置链。方法加强硬件设施配置的同时,建立一链一标签一登记、两重点、三个培训、四个责任人"入出口"控制。结果医废标签张贴执行率、医护及保洁人员医废处置流程掌握率、医废交接登记完整执行率分别从42.86%、30%、10%、28.57%上升到100%、90%、80%、96.17%。结论门诊部医废处置管理链强化责任,抓重点人、重点科室、重点区域、重点环节,形成医废产生科室出口与门诊入口,门诊部医废与医院医废工人交接闭合处置链,是保障医废分类管理处置链的关键。Objective To standardize the disposal process of medical waste(referred to as medical waste)in the outpatient department and form a disposal chain of medical waste management in the outpatient department.Methods While strengthening the configuration of hardware facilities,the"entrance and exit"control strategy that a register and a label correspond to a chain,two priorities,three training,and four responsible persons should be established.Results The implementation rate of medical waste labeling,the mastery rate of medical and cleaning personnel's medical waste disposal process,and the complete implementation rate of medical waste transfer registration increased from 42.86%,30%,10%,28.57%to 100%,90%,80%,and 96.17%,respectively.Conclusion The key to safeguarding the disposal chain of medical waste classification management is to strengthen the responsibility of the medical waste disposal management chain of the outpatient department,focusing on key personnel,key departments,key areas,and key links,forming a closed disposal chain of medical waste generation department export and outpatient entrance,the medical waste of outpatient department and hospital medical waste workers handover.
