养肺益肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚型)的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养肺益肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚型)的疗效。方法:将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚型)患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予养肺益肾汤治疗,两组均治疗28 d。观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能、中医症状体征评分、PaO_2变化情况。结果:治疗28 d后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、气短、自汗、易感冒、耳鸣、腰膝酸软评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);PEF、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、PaO_2均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:养肺益肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚型)疗效确切,可显著改善肺功能,促进症状恢复,值得推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yangfei Yishen decoction (养肺益肾汤) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the Feishen Liangxu type (肺肾两虚型) at stable stage. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine. The observation group was given the Yangfei Yishen decoction more. The two groups were treated for 28 days. The effect, lung function and the integral of TCM symptoms and signs and PaO 2 before and after treatment were observed in the groups. Results: After the treatment of 28 days, the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, cough, expectoration, wheezing, shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating, easy to catch cold, tinnitus, waist and knees in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05). EF, FEV 1 , FEV 1 /FVC and PaO 2 in the observation group were significantly higher ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The Yangfei Yishen decoction shows a significant effect, can significantly improve pulmonary function and promote recovery of symptoms, and is worthy of popularization and application.
