摘　　要：崔公让教授为首届全国名中医,临床经验十分丰富,尤擅治脉管疾病,其根据临证50余年诊治脉管疾病的经验,对原发性红斑肢痛症有充足的认识和治疗方法,认为原发性红斑肢痛症的主要病机是湿热瘀阻,治疗以清热利湿、活血化瘀为主,配合中药冷敷,临床上取得较为满意的效果,笔者有幸侍诊崔师,现列举崔师治愈此病典型医案一则,以示一斑。This article presents nationally known professor Cui Gongrang’s experience of vascular lesions. He has adequate knowledge and therapies of primary erythermalgia, and thinks that the major pathogenesis of primary erythermalgia is Shire Yuzu (湿热瘀阻). Primary erythermalgia was treated by Qingre Lishi (清热利湿), Huoxue Huayu (活血化瘀) and cold compress with TCM medicine. Then this article shows 1 medical case of treating primary erythermalgia with infection by Cui Gongrang.
