中药浴足联合滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒治疗顽固性高血压临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察中药浴足联合滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照双盲方法,将108例高血压患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组分为治疗1组和治疗2组,各36例,对照组36例。对照组给予常规西药降压药物治疗,治疗1组给予滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒+常规西药降压药物治疗,治疗2组给予滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒+常规西药降压药物治疗基础上加中药浴足治疗顽固性高血压。观察治疗前后血压变化、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:连续治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后血压与本组治疗前比较差异均存在统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组血压差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),无不良反应发生。结论:中药浴足配合滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒治疗顽固性高血压疗效满意,且不增加不良反应。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM medicine bathing foot plus the Zibu Ganshen Qianyang granules (滋补肝肾潜阳颗粒) on resistant hypertension. Methods: 108 patients were divided into the treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 and the control group. The control group was given conventional western antihypertensive medicine;the treatment group 1 was treated with the Zibu Ganshen Qianyang granules plus conventional western antihypertensive medicine;the treatment group 2 was given TCM medicine bathing foot more. The changes of blood pressure, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in blood pressure between before and after treatment in all groups (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in blood pressure between the treatment group and control group after treatment (P<0.05). Comparison TCM syndrome, the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05), without adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion: TCM medicine bathing foot plus the Zibu Ganshen Qianyang granule on resistant hypertension is satisfactory, and does not increase the adverse reaction.
