摘　　要：乙型肝炎是一种流行广泛的传染性疾病,是全世界共同面对的威胁人类生命健康的重大问题,如何更高效地阻止慢性乙型肝炎(Chronic Hepatitis B,CHB)的进一步进展,仍是困扰世界医学工作者的一个难题。目前普遍认为机体免疫功能缺陷或紊乱是影响CHB发生、发展的重要环节,调节机体的免疫功能对CHB的治疗也越来越受到重视。CHB患者合并自身抗体阳性的现象在临床中也屡见不鲜,本文就这些年来对自身抗体产生的免疫机制及内在影响、中医与现代免疫学联系、中医药治疗机制及疗效等研究进展作一简要综述。Hepatitis B is a prevalent and widespread infectious disease. It is a major threat to human life and health all over the world, how to effectively prevent the further progress of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is still a difficult problem for the world medical researchers. At present, it is generally believed that the immune dysfunction or deficiencies is an important part of the occurrence and development of CHB. Regulating the immune function, more and more attention has been paid to the treatment of CHB. The clinical phenomenon of autoantibody positive in CHB patients is frequent. In this paper, the mechanism and internal effects of autoantibody production, the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern immunology, the mechanism and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed briefly.
