针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗寻常性痤疮55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究寻常性痤疮治疗中针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺所展现出来的临床治疗效果。方法:在本次研究中,选取于2017年2月份-2018年3月份在本院进行寻常性痤疮治疗的患者共55例,采用随机分组法,将患者分成两组,分别为对照组和观察组。给予对照组患者针灸辨证取穴治疗方法,给予观察组患者针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗方法。结果:治疗前,两组患者的皮损评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的皮损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。不良反应发生概率比较,观察组相对于对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。临床治疗总有效率对比,观察组相较于对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在寻常性痤疮治疗中应用针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗方法,有助于改善患者的皮损症状,降低患者不良反应发生概率,疾病临床治疗效果显著提升,缓解患者的不适感,提升患者的生活质量,帮助患者早期恢复健康。Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture dialectical acupoint selection combined with local peritoneum in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: In this study, a total of 55 patients with acne treatment treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group and the observation group respectively. Patients in the control group were given acupuncture and moxibustion dialectic acupoint selection treatment methods, and patients in the observation group were given acupuncture dialectical acupoint selection combined with local peritoneal acupuncture treatment methods.Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in skin damage score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the skin damage score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, which was with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the probability of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, which was with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher therapeutic efficiency and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of acupuncture dialectical acupoint selection combined with local peritoneum could help to relieve the skin lesions symptoms in patients, reduce the adverse reactions of patients and significantly increase clinical treatment effect, alleviate the discomfort of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, which could accelerate patients early recovery.
