低合金耐磨铸钢生产TBM刮碴板的研究

摘　　要：研究TBM在山区隧道或硬岩地层中的应用方法,介绍TBM盘形滚刀对岩体的破坏原理,通过试验验证一种新型低合金耐磨铸钢在TBM刀盘中的使用效果,得到不同热处理温度时材料的力学性能。结果证明,材料经880℃淬火、250℃回火后,具有较好的硬度和冲击韧性。This paper studies the application of TBM in tunnel or hard rock stratum in mountainous area,introduces the failure principle of TBM disc hob to rock mass,and verifies the application effect of a new type of low-alloy wear-resisting cast steel in TBM disc through experiment,and obtains the mechanical properties of material at different heat treatment temperatures.Results show that material after 250℃880℃quenching and tempering,has good hardness and impact toughness.
