小型牧草收割机的设计

摘　　要：针对地块狭小、土地形状不规则的山区丘陵,设计一种小型牧草收割装置。概述小型牧草收割机的总体结构和设计思路,分析收割机的功率需求,探讨割台、机架、传动系统等关键部位的设计方案。动力输出轴的受力情况分析结果表明,动力输出轴符合要求。Aiming at the hilly area with narrow plot and irregular land shape, a small forage harvesting device is designed. This paper summarized the general structure and design idea of small forage harvester, analyzedthe power demand of harvester, anddiscussed the design scheme of header, frame, transmission system and other key parts.The results of force analysis of power output shaft showed that the power output shaft could meet the requirements.
