摘　　要：[目的]初步制定甲状腺功能亢进症患者生命质量测定量表特异性模块。[方法]通过文献和专家讨论相结合的方法对条目进行初步筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,对20名甲亢患者和20名医务工作者进行访谈和问卷调查,采用变异系数法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫系数法、医生重要性评分及患者重要性评分法对结果进行分析。[结果]量表的克朗巴赫系数为0. 714,重要性评分入选7个条目,变异系数法入选7个条目,相关系数法入选10个条目,克郎巴赫系数法入选15个条目,结合专家讨论结果,保留甲亢患者较易出现的症状体征及常见的治疗副作用,删除非甲亢特异性症状,最终确定含14个条目的特异性模块,包含症状、副作用等侧面。[结论]经过筛选形成的特异模块有较好内容效度,甲亢患者生命质量测定有助于健康管理和卫生决策。Objective To initially formulate specific module of life quality determination scale for hyperthyroidism patients. Methods It initially screened,evaluated and modified items and formed preliminary scale through literature reviewing and experts discussing. The questionnaire survey and interview were conducted to 20 hyperthyroidism patients and 20 medical workers. The data was analyzed by the Methods of coefficient of variation,correlation coefficient,Cronbach's coefficient,importance score of doctors and patients. Results Cronbach's coefficient of scale was 0.714,importance score was selected in 7 items,method of coefficient of variation was selected in 7 items,correlation coefficient method was selected in 10 items,Cronbach's coefficient method was selected in 15 items. Combined with experts discussion result,the items on symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism patients and the common side effects were retained,and non-hyperthyroidism specific symptoms were deleted. We finally identified 14 item-specific module which included sides of symptoms and side effects,etc. Conclusions The screened specific module has good content validity,and life quality determination for hyperthyroidism patients contribute to health management and decision.
