摘　　要：专业学位硕士生培养必须坚持以"社会需求"为导向,突出研究生的能力提升。文章在分析当前专业学位硕士生培养诸多问题的基础上,结合江苏大学专业学位硕士生培养实践,提出了以研究生个体"1"为中心,包含"2"类校外平台、"3"类实践元素、"4"项课程改革、"5"项保障举措的"12345"专业学位硕士生培养体系,探索出一套全过程与系统化的专业学位硕士生培养质量提升路径。The cultivation of professional master degree students must be oriented to the "social needs” and highlight boosting the ability of graduate students.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the cultivation of professional master degree students and the practice of Jiangsu University,this paper puts forward the "12345" training system,and explores a set of whole-process and systematic training quality improvement path for professional master degree students.The practice has proved that the training system has achieved good results,and has certain reference value for improving the quality of professional master degree students.
