摘　　要：以华西医生集团为例,阐述了基于医疗联合体的体制内医生集团模式的运行机制及创新点,旨在为我国医生集团的规范发展及模式创新提供建议。该模式在带动基层医疗机构医疗服务能力提升、促进优质医疗资源下沉、提供医生执业保障以及有效发挥医疗资源效率等方面具有积极意义。In order to provide recommendations for the standardization and innovation of physician groups in China, the operation mechanism and innovation of the model of physician-groups-in-system based on medical alliance was identified through taking West China Physician Group as an example. The mode can play a positive role in improving the medical service of primary health care institutions, distributing the high-quality medical resources to underdeveloped areas,providing contract doctors with practical protection and enhancing the efficiency of medical resources.
