摘 要:近年来,随着海洋石油的开发,海洋石油平台组块的重量呈逐渐增大的态势,而甲板片是平台组块的重要构成部分。随着组块重量的增大,单层甲板片的重量和尺寸也随之增大。由于单层片重量较大,超出吊重能力,必须将单层分片分为多个分片,分别进行吊装,再进行高空组对。而在高空组对的过程中,合拢口位置的组对成为一个难点。本文介绍了在甲板片的预制过程中,如何合理的进行甲板片划分及合拢口的位置选取,将合拢口处的复杂节点转换为简单节点,并作出了强度校核。In the past few years,with the development of marine oil,the weight of the offshore oil module has been increasing gradually,and the deck is an important part of the module.As the weight of deck increases,the weight and size of single deck also increases.Because of the large weight of single slice and the ability to exceed the lifting capacity,one deck must be divided into several pieces to lifting and hoisting separately.In the process of high-altitude group alignment,the set of closing positions becomes a difficult point.This paper introduces how to divide the deck pieces and choose the location of the space assembling to converts complex nodes at the closure to simple nodes,and strengthen check is also made.
