摘  要:通过分析中国家庭跟踪调查2010年基线数据,本文对绩效原则认同感的代际传递现象进行了初步探讨。研究发现,绩效原则认同感存在显著的代际传递现象,具体而言:良好的亲子关系和亲子互动、父亲和母亲一致的观念有助于增强绩效原则认同感的代际传递;社区绩效原则认同感的异质性程度越高越不利于绩效原则认同感的代际传递。这些发现表明,重要社会态度和价值观念的代际传递可能是社会经济地位代际传递的另一条重要通道。By analyzing the recent data from China Family Panel Studies (CFPS2010), this paper examines the intergenerational transmission of meritocratic beliefs in contemporary China. There is a significantly positive relationship between parents and children s beliefs in meritocracy,and the association is strong after controlling a set of confounding variables. Specifically, we find the frequency of social interaction between parents and children, children's affection to their parents, and consistency of fathers and mothers meritocratic beliefs are important mechanisms of the intergenerational transmission of meritocratic beliefs. Furthermore it indicates that when the noise gets larger in the community, the effect of parents meritocratic beliefs on children s becomes smaller. This study has important implications for understanding the intergenerational transmission of social status in contemporary China.
