摘 要:直流电机以其结构简单、调速灵敏而被广泛应用于工业领域,但换向器和电刷的存在,会产生火花和噪音,进而导致使用寿命减少,因此无刷直流电机成为近年来的研究热点。通过改进的反电势法,经计算电机运转过程中的电信号获得转子位置信号,以达到电机准确换相的目的,进而实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制。仿真结果表明该方法能准确检测到反电动势过零点,得到转子的位置信号。Since the flexible speed control and the simple structure, the direct current motor (DCM) is widely applied in the industrial field. The presence of brush and commutator in the traditional DCM results in sparks and noise, and can reduce the working life of the motor. Therefore, the research for brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) becomes research hotspot in recent years. Through improved back EMF method, the rotor position signal was obtained by calculating electrical signal during motor operation. The accurate commutation of motor was achieved and the positionless sensor control of brushless DC motor was relized. Simulation results showed that the method could detect the back-EMF zero crossing point more accurately, and then get the exact position signal of the rotor.
