摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育队伍是有效实施研究生思想政治教育的主体。新中国成立70年来,研究生思想政治教育队伍经历了起步、停滞、恢复、重视、配齐配强几个阶段。研究生思想政治教育队伍的发展,给我们留下了宝贵的经验与启示:必须坚持以马克思主义为指导,必须贯彻全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,必须符合研究生群体特征和实际要求,必须强化研究生导师的主体作用,必须发挥专职辅导员和专职管理干部队伍的作用。珍视历史经验,对进一步加强新时代研究生思想政治教育队伍建设具有非常重要的现实意义。The team of postgraduates ideological and political education is the main body for the effective implementation of postgraduates ideological and political education.In the 70 years since the founding of New China, the team of postgraduates ideological and political education has experienced several stages :starting, stagnation, recovery, attention, matching and strenthening.The development of postgraduates ideological and political education team has left us valuable experience and revelation:we must adhere to the guidance of Marxism, must implement the spirit of the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference,must conform to the characteristics of postgraduate groups and meet their actual requirements,must strengthen the main role of postgraduate tutors,and must play the role of full-time counselors and professional management cadres.Valuing historical experience is of great practical significance to further strengthen the team construction of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era.
