摘 要:作为一种新型的交通工具,电动汽车越来越受到家庭的欢迎,而其充放电过程由于受到用户行为的影响,具有高度随机性。在峰谷电价下,构建考虑用户行为特性的电动汽车负荷模型,并对某区域2020年的电动汽车负荷进行预测。在满足配网规划约束条件下,研究电动汽车用户行为特性对配网规划的影响。算例结果表明考虑部分电动汽车反送电力时,配网运行的经济性最优。As a new type of transportation tool, electric vehicle(EV)becomes more and more popular among families. However, its charging and discharging processes are highly random due to the influence of users’behaviors. Based on peak and valley price, an electric vehicle load model considering user behavior characteristics is constructed, and the EV load in a region in 2020 is predicted. The influence of electric EV user behavior characteristics on distribution network planning is studied under the constraint of distribution network planning. The results of a numerical example show that the economic performance of the distribution network is optimal when the reverse power of some electric vehicles is considered.
