摘  要:百草枯等口服药物中毒由于没有特效解毒药,其抢救方法还停留在洗胃、灌肠等常规方法,一直没有创新。在整合医学思想的指导下,根据人体内存在以肺为中心的静脉血液自然上行运动,活体中人体血液自然分布收纳单位解剖结构的存在,静脉血存在自然分类,肝门静脉血液上行入肺存在时间差等特征,我们提出了血液外科的概念,分别在肠系膜上静脉、肠系膜下静脉、肝静脉设置三道毒物阻截防线,利用毒物在上行的过程中存在时间差的特征,将毒物引流出体外,这也许是整合医学带来的一个临床理论创新。There is no known special antidote to paraquat, so the rescue method is still the conventional operations like gastric lavage or enema, etc. Under the guidance of holistic integrative medicine thoughts, we put forward the concept of hematology surgery based on the understandings on the body’s natural lung-centered venous blood ascending motion, the presence of human blood natural distribution-acceptation units in a living body, the natural classification of venous blood, and the time interval of hepatic portal venous blood ascending into the lung. We propose setting up three intercepting lines in the superior mesenteric vein, inferior mesenteric vein, and hepatic vein. According to the characteristics of time difference in the ascending process of poison, the poison may be able to be drained out of the body in the three intercepting lines. This may be an example of turning the integrated medical theories into a clinical theory innovation.
