经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术中有效的手术室护理配合分析

摘　　要：目的对经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术中有效的手术室护理配合效果进行分析。方法将2016年1月～2018年1月在我院实施经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术的85例患者作为本次研究对象,以随机分组的形式将其分为对照组与研究组,对照组41例患者实施常规护理模式,研究组44例患者实施手术室护理配合模式,对其护理效果进行分析。结果 (1)研究组患者一次碎石成功率93.2%比对照组患者一次碎石成功率73.2%高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率6.8%比对照组患者不良反应发生率24.4%低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)研究组患者手术时间低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者术中体温高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论有效的手术室护理配合模式在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术中有着重要的应用价值,有效的缩短手术时间,保证治疗质量,同时保证患者的安全性,在临床中有着广泛的应用前景。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room in percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Eighty-five patients who underwent percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.41 patients in control group were given routine nursing mode while 44 patients in study group were given nursing cooperation in operation room mode.The nursing effect was analyzed. Results (1)Successful rate of lithotripsy by first attempt in the study group was 93.2%,higher than that in the control group 73.2%.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.8%,lower than that in the control group 24.4%.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(2)The operative time of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The intraoperative temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing cooperation in operating room mode has important application value in percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.It can effectively shorten the operation time,ensure the quality of treatment and ensure the safety of patients,which has a broad application prospect in clinical practice.
