摘　　要：目的探讨应用分段外剥内扎+减张离断术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效与价值。方法选取2017年1月～2018年12月在我院接受治疗的环状混合痔患者60例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为各30例的观察组和对照组,观察组采用常规手术器械及国产超声刀行分段外剥内扎+减张离断术;对照组采用一次性使用管型肛肠吻合器及其附件行PPH术联合外剥内扎术。对比两组患者最终收到的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者最终的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);但观察组患者所用的平均愈合时间较对照组更低,且术后并发症较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用分段外剥内扎+减张离断术治疗环状混合痔的效果更好,术后并发症少,愈合快。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects and value of segmental external dissection and internal ligation combined withtension reduction and disconnection in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Sixty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 in each group.Patients in the observation group underwent segmental external dissection and internal ligation combined withtension reduction and disconnection by conventional surgical instruments and domestic ultrasonic scalpels.Patients in the control group underwent PPH combined with segmental external dissection and internal ligation by disposable tubular anorectal stapler and its accessories.The clinical curative effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the final total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).But the average healing time of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the postoperative complications were less than those in the control group.The differences in the two results were both statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The segmental external dissection and internal ligation combined withtension reduction and disconnection in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has better effects.It has less postoperative complications and faster healing.
