摘  要:目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月期间我院糖尿病肾病100例患者(实施奇偶数分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行骨化三醇治疗,观察组的50例患者进行羟苯磺酸钙治疗,随后对比两组患者的IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、总有效率、ALB、PA、Hb、TP/24h、Scr、TNF-α。结果观察组ALB(30.12±4.39)g/L、PA(0.13±0.05)g/L、Hb(121.33±10.42)g/L、TP/24h(1.95±0.74)g、Scr(80.33±4.19)μmol/L、TNF-α(31.19±3.21)ng/L、IL-6(15.84±2.15)ng/L、PCT(1.86±0.55)μg/L、hs-CRP(2.31±0.05)mg/L、总有效率(98.00%)均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者实施羟苯磺酸钙治疗效果显著,可改善微炎症状态。Objective To explore the effect of Calcium Dobesilate on microinflammation in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into groups in odd and even grouping mode. 50 patients in the control group were treated with calcitriol. Another 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Calcium Dobesilate treatment. IL-6, PCT, hs-CRP, total effective rate, ALB, PA, Hb, TP/24h, Scr, TNF-α between the two groups were compared. Results ALB (30.12±4.39) g/L, PA (0.13±0.05) g/L, Hb (121.33±10.42) g/L, TP/24h (1.95±0.74) g, Scr (80.33±4.19) Umol/L, TNF-α(31.19±3.21) ng/L, IL-6 (15.84±2.15) ng/L, PCT (1.86±0.55) ug/L, hs-CRP (2.31±0.05) mg/L, total effective rate (98.00%) in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Calcium Dobesilate in patients with diabetic nephropathy is effective and can improve the microinflammation state.
