摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者足部护理知识和足部自我护理行为现状及影响因素。方法选择2015年9月至2017年12月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者120例,问卷调查其一般资料、足部自我护理行为、足部护理知识等,并分析其影响因素。结果单因素和多元逐步线性分析显示,影响足部护理的因素为病程、接受糖尿病并发症知识教育、定期复查、文化程度,影响2型糖尿病足部护理行为的因素为接受并发症教育、定期复查、病程、文化程度、年龄、性别。结论 2型糖尿病患者足部自我护理行为不太理想,护理人员应鼓励患者定期参与健康教育、接受复查等,协助其提升足部自我护理水平,改善其自我护理行为,促进疾病恢复。Objective To analyze the status of foot care knowledge and foot self-care behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The general information,foot self-care behavior,and foot care knowledge were investigated by questionnaire,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Single factor and multiple stepwise linear analysis showed that factors affecting the foot care were diabetes course,education of diabetic complications knowledeg,regular review,education level.Factors affecting foot care behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes were the education of complications,regular review,diabetes course,education level,age and gender.Conclusion The self-care behavior of the foot in patients with type 2 diabetes is not ideal.The nursing staff should encouraging patients to participate in health education and review regularly to improve their self-care level and self-care behavior,thus promoting the recovery.
