摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对提升儿童阴茎发育不良治疗效果及对患儿心理健康的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2018年1月我院收治的68例阴茎发育不良儿童为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组则进行综合护理干预。比较两组患儿护理前后的阴茎长度与直径、儿童行为量表(CBCL)评分。结果护理前两组的阴茎长度与直径、CBCL量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后观察组的阴茎长度与直径、CBCL量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预对提升儿童阴茎发育不良治疗效果较好,且对患儿心理健康的影响更为积极。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the treatment of children with penile dysplasia and their mental health. Methods To select 68 cases of children with penile dysplasia who were admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of children randomly. The control group underwent routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The penis length and diameter as well as the child behavior checklist(CBCL) scores of children in the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in penis length and diameter,and CBCL scores between the two groups before nursing( P >0.05).After nursing,the penis length and diameter,and CBCL scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a better effect on improving penile dysplasia in children. At the same time, it has more positive effects on children's mental health.
