新型胸带对肺癌手术患者置管相关并发症、伤口疼痛与睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新型胸腔闭式引流管固定带对肺癌手术治疗患者置管相关并发症、伤口疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月于我院接受肺癌术后留置胸腔闭式引流管的100例患者作为研究对象,按住院时间将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规手术缝线固定,观察组在对照组的基础上采用外覆盖新型胸腔闭式引流管固定带进行二次固定,比较两组患者疼痛缓解程度、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分(PSQI),及置管相关并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者疼痛程度优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者PSQI低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者置管并发症发生情况低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论肺癌手术患者使用新型胸带,可有效减少术后置管相关并发症的发生,缓解疼痛,提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of new compression band for thoracic closed drainage tube on catheter-related complications, wound pain and sleep quality in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with closed thoracic drainage tube after lung cancer in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients according to hospitalization time. Patients in the control group were fixed by conventional surgical suture, while on the basis of control group, patients in the observation group were fixed by new type of compression band for thoracic closed drainage tube for the second time of fixation. The pain relief degree, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score, and catheter-related complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The pain degree of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group( P <0.05). The PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of catheter related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the new type of compression band in patients with lung cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative catheter-related complications effectively. Meanwhile, it can relieve pain and improve the quality of sleep,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
