序贯肠内营养联合吞咽功能筛查对急性脑出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨序贯肠内营养联合吞咽功能筛查对急性脑出血患者的影响。方法选取我院2016年9月至2018年9月收治的87例急性脑出血伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者为研究对象,根据住院时间,将其分为研究组44例和对照组43例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予序贯肠内营养联合吞咽功能筛查,比较两组患者吞咽功能的恢复情况和生化营养指标。结果研究组患者吞咽功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者生化指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论序贯肠内营养联合吞咽功能筛查可有效根据肠内恢复顺序刺激肠道恢复,促进急性脑出血患者吞咽功能的恢复和生化营养指标的改善,具有临床研究价值。Objective To investigate the effect of sequential enteral nutrition combined with swallowing function screening on recovery of swallowing function and improvement of nutritional status in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods To select 87 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and swallowing dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 as the study subjects, and according to the length of hospital stay, they were divided into study group with 44 cases and control group with 43 cases. Patients in the control group were given nasal feeding of ordinary liquid food, while on the basis of the control group, patients of the study group were given sequential enteral nutrition combined with swallowing function screening. The recovery of swallowing function, biochemical nutrition index and physical changes of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The recovery of swallowing function in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The biochemical parameters of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Sequential enteral nutrition combined with swallowing function screening can stimulate intestinal recovery according to the order of intestinal recovery effectively. Meanwhile, it can promote the recovery of swallowing function and improve biochemical indicators in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, it has clinical research value.
