摘　　要：目的探讨康复管理捆绑式护理对孕后期耻骨联合分离孕妇的影响效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年4月收治的700例孕晚期耻骨联合分离的孕妇作为研究对象,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理服务,研究组实施康复管理捆绑式护理,比较两组患者康复护理知识掌握水平和护理满意度。结果研究组康复护理认知总平均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组孕妇和家属对护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论孕后期耻骨联合分离孕妇实施康复管理捆绑式护理,可有效提高孕妇和家属对配合康复锻炼的认知度和配合依从性。Objective To explore the effect of bundled nursing in rehabilitation management on pregnant women with separation of the symphysis pubis in the third trimester. Methods To select 700 cases of pregnant women with separation of the symphysis pubis in the third trimester of pregnancy from January 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was implemented by routine nursing services, and the study group was implemented by rehabilitation management bundled nursing. The mastery level of rehabilitation nursing knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total average score of rehabilitation nursing cognition in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women and family members in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation management bundled nursing for pregnant women with separation of the symphysis pubis in the third trimester can improve the recognition and compliance of these women and their families with rehabilitation exercises effectively.
