咀嚼口香糖法联合早期半流质饮食对妇科腹部手术患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨咀嚼口香糖法联合早期半流质饮食对妇科腹部手术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月于我院行妇科腹部手术患者140例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组行常规饮食指导,观察组行咀嚼口香糖法联合早期半流质饮食。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组肛门排气时间、腹胀改善时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、恢复正常进食时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组体力疲乏、贫血、腹胀、低钾血症发生率均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论咀嚼口香糖法联合早期半流质饮食能有效促进妇科腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复,降低其术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of chewing gum combined with early semi-liquid diet on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery. Methods To select a total of 140 patients with gynecological abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine dietary guidance. The observation group was given the chewing gum combined with early semi-liquid diet. The recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anus exhaust time, abdominal distension improvement time, bowel sound recovery time, defecation time, normal eating time, and average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05). The incidence of physical fatigue, anemia, abdominal distension, and hypokalemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Chewing gum combined with early semi-liquid diet can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function effectively. It also can reduce postoperative complications in patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
