摘 要:根据云纹干涉法的基本原理,运用激光云纹干涉法测量航空材料在高温下的材料弹性模量和泊松比。使用电化学方法在试件表面刻蚀零厚度光栅进行非接触测量,通过测试各种材料的弹性模量和泊松比证明:激光云纹干涉法是测试高温合金材料弹性模量和泊松比的最先进、最精确的方法。According to the basic principle of moiré interferometry,the elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of aeronautical materials at high temperature are measured by laser moiré interferometry. The electronic chemistry technique has been used to etch a high density cross zero-thickness grating on the surface of an alloy with single edge notch specimen. All kinds of Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio accurately were testified by this experiment method and draw the conclusion that laser moiré interferometry is the most advanced method for measuring Young’s modulus and Poisson ratio for high-temperature metallic material.
