摘  要:基于一维稳态传热原理,对用建筑垃圾轻质混凝土制作的3个试件进行了保温性能测试。其中用粉煤灰粘土陶粒混凝土制作了1个试件,按照40%的取代率分别用加气混凝土、废弃混凝土作为粗骨料代替陶粒制作了2个试件。通过建筑维护结构测试系统,得到了3种墙体材料的传热系数和热阻,计算出了导热系数。同时制作立方体试件测得了7 d和28 d立方体抗压强度。计算结果表明:7 d立方体抗压强度为28 d的80%左右,两种建筑垃圾轻质混凝土的强度相对陶粒混凝土降低了;陶粒加气混凝土的导热系数和陶粒混凝土接近,均小于陶粒废弃混凝土;陶粒废弃混凝土的导热系数小于普通混凝土。采用200 mm厚的陶粒废弃混凝土按常用复合墙体做法,经过传热系数和蓄热系数计算,均能满足夏热冬冷地区的节能指标要求。Based on the one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer principle the thermal performance of three specimens made of building waste lightweight concrete were tested.One specimen was made using clay ceramsite as coarse aggregate,the other two specimens were made using the aerated concrete and abandoned concrete as the coarse aggregate in accordance with the 40% replacement rate.Through the building maintenance structure test system,the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of three kinds of wall materials were obtained,and the thermal conductivity coefficient was calculated.The cube compressive strength of the concrete was tested for 7 days and 28 days.7 days compressive strength is about 80% of 28 days and the strength of two kinds of construction waste light concrete is lower than that of the clay ceramsite concrete.The thermal conductivity of ceramic concrete mixed with aerated concrete is close to the clay ceramsite concrete but they are smaller than that of ceramic concrete mixed with abandoned concrete.The thermal conductivity of ceramic concrete mixed with discarded concrete is less than that of ordinary concrete.The heat transfer coefficient and heat storage coefficient can meet the requirements of energy saving indexes in hot-summer and cold-winter zone using 200 mm thick wall made of ceramic concrete mixed with abandoned concrete according to common composite wall construction practice.
