摘　　要：槟榔是我国重要的中药之一,其具有很高的生物活性功效。但近年来很多研究报道槟榔对人体的安全健康有一定的危害。现从槟榔生物活性成分、槟榔药理研究和槟榔毒理研究三个方面进行综述,探讨槟榔对健康的影响,为食用槟榔的开发与利用,以及病理研究提供部分理论支撑。:Areca catechu L is the most important one of′four southern traditional Chinese medicines′,and it has high biological activity. However, in recent years, many studies have reported that areca nut is harmful to human health. It was reviewed from the three aspects of bioactive ingredients,pharmacological research and toxicology research to explore the health effects of betel nut,providing some theoretical support for the development and utilization of edible areca nut and pathological research.
