摘　　要：本文主要从最新的西点军校教务长战略规划(2013-2018)的主要内容中归纳出西点军校未来5年中教学发展计划的特点,以期为我军军校的人才培养(尤其是文化教育方面)提供有益借鉴。This paper mainly summarizes the features of the newest Dean's "Academic Program Strategic Plan 2013-2018" to give some enlightenments to military academies' talent cultivation in China.
