摘　　要：作为高等教育机构的组成部分,新时代下独立学院需要紧跟时代潮流,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者。在新时代这个历史发展新时期,提高独立学院新生自主适应能力既关系到独立学院的办学目标,更关系到新时代应用型人才的培养方向。As an integral part of higher education institutions, independent colleges in the new era need to keep up with the trend of the times and cultivate socialist builders who are fully developed in morality, intelligence, and work. In the new era of historical development, improving the independent adaptability of independent colleges is not only related to the goals of independent colleges, but also to the training direction of applied talents in the new era.
