混合浆料对艾草/棉混纺纱的上浆效果及综合评价

摘　　要：选用无PVA的混合浆料对艾草/棉混纺纱进行上浆,测试浆液和纱线的可织性能指标,运用浓缩映射法和功能评价值法对艾草/棉混纺纱进行上浆效果综合评价,选出最佳浆料配方:氧化淀粉3 g、CD-DF868M 12 g、玉米淀粉3 g、丙烯酸2 g、甘油1 g、2-萘酚2 g、蜡片1 g。此种配方能显著改善纱线织造的性能。Wormwood/cotton blended yarn was sized by multi-component size agent without PVA,and the performance index of slash liquid and the yarn′s weaving properties are tested.The sizing effect and comprehensive evaluation are evaluated by concentrated mapping and function evaluation method,making the best sizing formula:oxidized starch 3 g,CD-DF868M 12 g,corn starch 3 g,acrylic acid as 2 g,glycerin 1 g,2-naphthol 2 g,wax 1 g.The new formula improves the yarn properties significantly.
