摘 要:为了提高学生对发动机电控点火系统的认识并提高课堂效率,开发了一套微机控制的电喷发动机模拟点火实验系统。该系统基于MK60微型控制器、555定时器、可变电阻和滑线变阻器,其中MK60微型控制器为主控制器,555定时器与可变电阻连接组成的方波发生器模拟转速传感器,滑线变阻器模拟节气门位置传感器,相关信息传递给主控制器,变化情况通过液晶显示屏和指示灯来显示,并通过编程实现了具体功能。经验证,该系统能够体现点火系统的工作过程,使课堂教学方式更加多样化。In order to improve students′ understanding of the electronic ignition system of internal combustion gasoline engine and improve the classroom efficiency,a microcomputer-controlled electronic ignition simulation system of electronic fuel injection(EFI)engine was developed.The system contains MK60 microcontroller,555 timer,variable resistor and slip line rheostat.Where,the MK60 microcontroller is the main controller,the square wave generator consisting of 555 timer and variable resistors simulates the speed sensor,the varistor simulates the throttle opening angle sensor.Then the relevant information is transmitted to the main controller,and the change is displayed by the liquid crystal and the indicator light.Finally,the specific function is realized through corresponding programming.Through actual verification,the system can indicate the working process of the ignition system and enrich the diversity of the classroom.
