摘　　要：文明交流互鉴,是推动人类文明进步和世界和平发展的重要动力。"2018大河对话"论坛站在人类文明永续发展高度,汇聚世界大河流域智力资源,围绕流域城市、文化传承与河流管理之间相互关系,共议高质量发展重大议题,形成了加强河流文化与环境整合、保护发展大河自然与文化遗产、增强水博物馆遗产记忆地域感、推动大河沿岸城市可持续发展等共识,并就后续依托论坛平台,推动世界大河流域、城市之间加强学术研究和国际合作、参与更多联合国教科文组织项目等达成行动方案。Exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations are an important driving force for the progress of human civilization and world peace and development. "2018 Great River Dialogue" standing in the height of sustainable development of human civilization,discussed major issues on high-quality development around inter-relationship among great river basin cities,cultural heritage and river management,by converging world intellectual resources of the great river basin. "2018 Great River Dialogue" has formed some consensus,such as strengthening great river culture and the integration of environment,protecting the development of the great river natural and cultural heritage,strengthening water museum heritage memory sense of place and promoting the sustainable development along the river city. At the same time,it has reached a follow-up programme,such as strengthening academic research and international cooperation,participating in more UNESCO projects,among major great river basins and cities around the world,by the platform of "2018 Great River Dialogue".
