摘 要:月季长管蚜(Macrosiphum rosuomm)是蔷薇属园林植物的主要害虫,其优势天敌为中华草蛉(Chrysoperla sinsca)。为明确中华草蛉对月季长管蚜的自然控制力,在室内研究了中华草蛉3龄幼虫自身密度和不同蚜虫密度对捕食功能的影响。结果表明:中华草蛉对月季长管蚜的捕食功能反应符合Holling-Ⅱ型圆盘方程,其拟合模型为N_a=1.189 N_t/(1+0.001 4 N_t),每头中华草蛉在1 d内对月季长管蚜的最大捕食量为83.33头,捕食每头月季长管蚜的时间T_h=0.012 d。根据Holling-Ⅲ型功能反应新模型N_a=a·exp(-b/N_t^(-1)),求得最佳寻找密度30.41头。中华草蛉自身密度对月季长管蚜捕食作用有一定制约,拟合Watt竞争模型方程为A=60.542P^(-0.051)。研究结果表明,中华草蛉对月季长管蚜有较大的捕食潜能,为月季长管蚜的生物防治提供了一定的理论基础。The rose aphid,Macrosiphum roswomm is the main pest of rose plants,and its dominant natural enemy is Chrysopidae sinsca.To investigate the natural control of C.sinsca to M.roswomm,the impact of density of three instars of C.sinsca and different densities of aphids on predation functional response is studied under laboratory condition.The results show that the functional response of C.sinsca to M.roswomm fits Holling-Ⅱtype equation and the equations are N a=1.189N t/(1+0.001 4N t).The maximal theoretical predation numbers of C.sinsca are 83.33 per day and the handling time of one M.roswomm is T h=0.012 d.The best seeking density is about 30.41 according to Holling-Ⅲnew functional response model N a=a·exp(-b/N t^-1).The density of C.sinsca has certain constraint on its predation functional response to M.roswomm,and the fitting equation of Watt competition model is A=60.542 P-0.051.The study indicates that C.sinsca has a great predation potential for M.roswomm,which can provide a theoretical basis for biological control of M.roswomm.
