摘　　要：雄安新区历史悠久、人杰地灵,承载着千年历史文化。雄安新区历史文化品格可归纳为慷慨悲歌、好气任侠的文化特质,人才辈出、文贤迭起的文化底蕴,通达质朴、民俗丰富的文化性状,厚德载物、仁爱平和的文化精神及多元融合、兼容并包的文化基调。这五大品格极具生命力,是做好雄安新区历史文化传承的基石。梳理新区历史文化传承与保护实践,分析传承现状,借鉴国内外文化传承经验,提出雄安新区的历史文化传承机制。With thousands of years’history and culture,Xiong’an New Area bears rich historical and cultural characters summarized as generous elegy and vigorous spirit,a galaxy of talents,simplicity and rich folk custom,benevolence and peace,and diversity and compatibility.With great vitality,these characters are the cornerstone of historical and cultural inheritance of Xiong’an.The paper analyzes the status quo of Xiong’an New Area’s historical and cultural inheritance and protection,and proposes the inheritance mechanism by referring to the inheritance experience at home and abroad.
