摘　　要：从产品设计、结构特点入手,重点介绍委内瑞拉高速铁路18号单开道岔的加工制造及厂内组装铺设过程。分析其中的特点、难点,解决在加工制造和组装铺设过程中遇到的主要问题。Starting from aspects of product design and structural properties,the paper mainly introduces high-speed railway turnout No.18 processing and manufacturing and internal assembly and trial laying process in Venezuela,analyzes its features and difficulties,and solves major problems occurring in processing and manufacturing and internal assembly and trial laying process.
