摘 要:目的:分析低剂量多层计算机断层扫描在鼻咽部检查中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字法将2015年4月至2017年10月在深圳市福田区中医院耳鼻喉科就诊的100例患者分为A组和B组,A组采用常规计算机断层扫描做检查,B组采用低剂量多层计算机断层扫描做检查,通过t检验和(~2检验分别观察两组患者的检查结果进行统计分析。结果:对两组图像主观评分、噪声值、载噪比值进行比较,相对于A组而言,B组的主观评分、下鼻甲标准差、颞下窝标准差、鼻咽腔空气标准差、载噪比均高(P<0.05);对两组患者的容积计算机断层扫描剂量指数、剂量长度乘积进行比较,B组中的两组数据均小于A组(P<0.05)。结论:就常规剂量计算机断层扫描检查而言,低剂量多层计算机断层扫描有利于降低低剂量计算机断层扫描检查患者计算机断层扫描扫描的辐射剂量,确保行低剂量计算机断层扫描检查患者所摄图像质量不影响临床诊断。Objective: To analyze the effect of low-dose multilayered CT in nasopharyngeal examination. Methods: 100 patients with otorhinolaryngology treated in the Department of Interventional Radiology of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Futian District in Shenzhen Guangdong from April 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects. The random number method was used ,and the patients were divided into the group A and the group B. The group A was treated with routine CT. The group B was treated with low dose of multi-layer CT to do the examination.The data were analyzed by through the test and chi-square test. Results: Compared with the group A, the subjective score of the group B, the SD, the inferior temporal fossa SD and the nasopharyngeal cavity air SD and CNR were higher in the two groups. The subjective score, noise value and CNR value of the two groups were compared.( P <0.05). The difference of CTDIvol and DLP between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: In terms of routine dose of CT examination, low dose MSCT is helpful to reduce the low-dose CT examination in patients with radiation dose of CT scan,and ensure that low-dose computed tomography scans the patient's image quality does not affect clinical diagnosis.
