乡村振兴背景下发展农村经济的探索与建议——基于产业融合视角的分析

摘　　要：党的十九大首次提出实施乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴,产业兴旺是重点,而产业兴旺的关键是走产业融合之路。农业产业融合主要分为农业产业链延伸型融合、全产业链发展融合、农业功能拓展融合、先进要素技术对农业渗透型融合以及产业集聚型发展融合。通过推动农业产业融合,能够解决小农户生产与大市场需求的矛盾,提高农业资源利用率,降低交易费用,并且促进农业产业升级。通过农业产业融合促进产业兴旺,要围绕高质量发展,走绿色化、优质化、品牌化之路,延伸链条促融合,拓展功能促融合,提升内涵促融合,以促创新增活力为重点,在要素整合上下功夫。研究农业产业融合可以为新时代发展农村经济,实现乡村振兴提供理论和实践参考。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the rural revitalization strategy.Industrial prosperity is the focus of rural revitalization,and the key to industrial prosperity is to take the road of industrial integration.The integration of agricultural industry is mainly divided into the extension of agricultural industry chain,the integration of the whole industry chain,the expansion of agricultural functions,to introduce the advanced factor into agriculture,and the integration of industrial agglomeration.By promoting the integration of agricultural industries,the contradiction between smallholder production and large market demand can be solved,the utilization rate of agricultural resources can be improved,transaction costs will decline,and the upgrading of agricultural industry will be promoted.To promote industrial prosperity through the integration of agricultural industry,we must focus on high-quality development,take the road of green,high-quality,branding,extend chain to promote integration,expand function to promote integration,enhance content and promote integration,and focus on promoting innovation and vitality,and the integration of elements.Studying the integration of agricultural industry will also provide a theoretical and practical reference for the development of rural economy in the new era and the realization of rural revitalization.
