摘 要:为研究粗颗粒矿石在提升硬管底部管道内的流动状态,在实验室建立了2套试验系统,对提升硬管底部Y型结构和U型结构开展了粗颗粒提升输送性能试验研究,分析了粗颗粒提升速度和输送浓度对流动状态的影响,观察了2种管道结构下粗颗粒的堵塞状态。结果表明,Y型结构的输送状态优于U型结构。该研究结果可为深海采矿系统中提升硬管底部管道结构设计提供试验验证基础。Two sets of testing system were set up in the laboratory for exploring the moving state of coarse particles at the bottom of lifting pipe. Experimental studies were conducted for the transportation performance of coarse particles respectively in the lifting pipe of Y.type and U.type configurations, and the influences of lifting velocity and transportation concentration on the moving state of coarse particles were analyzed. Furthermore, the blocking phenomenon in the pipe of two configurations was presented. It was found that the coarse particle transportation in the pipe of Y.type configuration was better than that in pipe of U.type configuration. This research can provide an experimental verification for the design of the bottom configuration of lifting pipe in deep.sea mining system.
