摘  要:以自制的氧化药剂ME22作为氧化剂,采用氧化-絮凝工艺处理钨铋选矿废水,研究了pH值、氧化剂投加量、氧化时间对废水COD去除效果的影响。结果表明,当pH=9.00,氧化剂投加量416 mg/L,氧化45 min后,再投加体积分数0.10%、浓度1.00 g/L的聚丙烯酰胺絮凝2 min,处理后废水COD含量由196 mg/L降至59.0 mg/L,COD去除率达到69.8%,排放水水质满足GB 8978—1996一级标准。With a self.made oxidant ME22 as an oxidizing agent, the wastewater from beneficiation process of tungsten.bismuth ore was treated by using a technique process consisting of oxidation and fluocculation, and effects of pH value, addition amount of oxidant, oxidation time on the reduction of COD in the wastewater were investigated. The results showed that after oxidation process with pH at 9.00 by adding 416 mg/ L of ME22, polyacrylamide with concentration of 1.00 g/ L was added at an amount of 0.10% by volume percentage for 2.min fluccculation, resulting in the COD in the wastewater reduced from 196 mg/ L to 59.0 mg/ L, with the COD removal rate up to 69.8%. It was found that the discharged water could meet the Grade I standard in GB 8978-1996.
