摘 要:模拟海水环境,对硅黄铜进行了冲刷腐蚀模拟实验和电化学腐蚀实验,借助SEM与XRD等手段分析了腐蚀现象,研究冲刷腐蚀机理。结果表明:铸造铜合金在冲刷腐蚀过程中腐蚀产物与电化学腐蚀相同;在未形成完整的钝化膜之前,铜合金腐蚀速率快;海水冲刷作用使材料表面处于钝化膜不断破坏与形成的循环过程中。A corrosion experiment and an electrochemical corrosion test were conducted for silicon brass in the simulated seawater conditions and the corrosion phenomena were investigated by SEM and XRD for exploring the mechanism of erosion corrosion. The results showed that the corrosion products after the erosion corrosion of the cast copper alloy were the same as that from the electrochemical corrosion. The corrosion of the copper alloy was faster before completely forming the passive film, and due to the continuous destruction of the passive film by the seawater erosion process, the surface remained in a cyclic process of destruction and formation of a passive film.
