摘　　要："红岩精神"与"红船精神""井冈山精神""长征精神"一脉相承,与"延安精神"交相辉映,并在特定历史条件下展现出自身独具特色的精神风貌。红岩精神本质特征体现为中共中央南方局优秀党员群体始终不渝追求崇高的党性修养,主要表现在开展党内教育、坚持斗争策略、发挥群众工作优势、坚守高尚情操、严守党的纪律五个方面。在新时代,弘扬红岩精神对于增强党性修养具有重大的时代价值:一是坚持领导干部以上率下营造良好的政治生态是增强党性修养的外在条件;二是构建集中性、常态性、自觉性于一体的党性教育系统化建设格局是增强党性修养的重要途径;三是准确把握"忠诚、干净、担当"的内在关系是检验党性修养的直观标准;四是健全刚性治理与柔性治理相结合的体制机制是增强党性修养的制度保障。Hongyan Spirit inherits from Hongchuan Spirit,Jinggangshan Spirit and Changzheng Spirit,which reflects with Yan’an Spirit,and shows its unique spiritual features under specific historical conditions. The essence of Hongyan Spirit is embodied in the persistent pursuit of lofty Party spirit cultivation by the outstanding members of the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which is mainly manifested in five aspects:carrying out inner-party education,adhering to struggle strategies,giving full play to the advantages of mass work,adhering to lofty sentiments and strictly abiding by the Party’s discipline. In the new era,carrying forward Hongyan spirit is of great epochal value for strengthening the cultivation of Party spirit. Firstly,it is the external condition for strengthening the cultivation of Party spirit to insist on creating a good political ecology under the leaders’aboving rate. Secondly,it is the important way to strengthen the cultivation of Party spirit,which is constructing the system of centralized,normal and conscious pattern of Party spirit education. Thirdly,it is the direct criterion to test the Party spirit accomplishment by seizing the internal relationship in loyalty,cleanliness and responsibility. Fourthly,improving the system mechanism of combining rigid governance with flexible governance is the institutional guarantee to enhance the Party spirit accomplishment.
