摘 要:水泥颗粒粒度分布、比表面积及圆形度都是水泥加工工艺过程中的重要参数。为了实现对上述技术指标的实时监测,基于图像法研制了一套在线测量系统,并在水泥厂进行了在线测量,获得了水泥颗粒粒度分布等参数的测量结果。将系统测得的粒度分布和比表面积分别与激光粒度仪和勃氏比表面积测定仪的测量值进行对比,结果基本相符。此外,针对图像法测量下限的问题,利用Rosin-Rammler分布函数对原始测量结果进行了拟合修正,拓展了图像法的测量下限,使测量结果更符合实际情况,从而为工业生产提供实时的数据参考。The particle size distribution,specific surface area and circularity of cement particles are important parameters in cement processing.In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the above technical indicators,an on-line measurement system was developed based on the imaging method and the measurements of particle size distribution,specific surface area and circularity of cement particles were performed in the cement plant.The particle size distribution and specific surface area by the system were compared with the measured values by the laser particle sizer and the Blaine specific surface area analyzer,which indicates both are basically consistent.In addition,aiming at the problem of the lower limit of image measurement,the original results were fitted and corrected based on the Rosin-Rammler distribution function,which extends the lower limit of measurement of the image method and makes the measurement results more conformable with the actual situation,thus provides real-time data for industrial production.
