摘 要:新疆准东煤的强沾污结渣特性严重制约和影响了锅炉的安全稳定运行,采用锅炉受热面表面涂层是降低准东煤沾污的有效手段之一。为此,在一维沉降炉试验台上重点研究了烟气温度、涂层材料对受热面管沾污、传热特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:涂层可减缓准东煤灰在受热面表面上的沾污速率,减低灰污阻力系数。实验采用涂层A、涂层B和光管相比,750℃时,其沾污系数分别降低19.6%和7.1%;850℃时,其沾污系数分别降低24.73%和10.22%;950℃时,其沾污系数分别降低21.84%和34.29%。通过对沾污层灰样的分析测试,涂层材料对沾污层组份无明显影响,表明涂层对减缓沾污的效果以物理作用为主。The strong fouling and slagging characteristics of Xinjiang Zhundong coal restrict and affect the safe and stable operation of boilers seriously.The coating technology utilized in the heating surface of boilers is one of the effective ways to reduce the contamination of the heating surface of Zhundong coal.The effects of flue gas temperature and coating materials on the heat transfer and fouling characteristics of the heating surface in a one-dimension furnace were investigated.The results show that the coating can reduce the contamination rate of the heating surface and debase the fouling resistance coefficient.Under the experimental conditions,compared with the un-coated tube at 750 ℃, contamination factors of the coated tube A and B descend by 19.6% and 7.1% respectively;and those at 850 ℃ are 24.73% and 10.22%;at 950 ℃ are 21.84% and 34.29%.Through the analysis on the test of ash contamination layer,coating materials have no obvious effect on the contamination layer components.It is shown that the coating technology for retarding fouling contamination is based on the physical action.
