摘  要:为了给互联网电子商务网站感性工学产品设计提供客观有效的评价手段,基于AB评价体系,设计AB测试实验来评价产品设计效果。确定产品设计目标与产品设计要素,通过互联网技术对访问用户进行随机分流,一组用户看到原版本,一组用户看到改进的版本,收集用户行为数据,进行数据统计与分析,得到评价结论。相比传统评价方法,用户在不知情的情况下参与测试,产品原版本和改进版本同时在线,受外部各种客观因素影响一致,对比得到的评价结论更加精确可信。结合电商APP与酒店预订APP的产品设计方案验证了该评价方案的有效性和可行性。该方法对互联网电子商务网站感性设计与设计评价具有一定的参考意义。In order to evaluate the effectiveness of product design methods based on Kansei engineering on electronic commence website,a practical and effective AB testing mechanism was proposed.In the mechanism,the target and measures for product design were defined.In experiments,the customers were divided into several groups randomly and the differences were compared between them.Compared with the traditional evaluation method,the customers in the test didn't aware of that they participated in a test.The original online product version and the improved one exist at the same time,and the results are affected by the same external factors.So the evaluation conclusions obtained from the comparison were more accurate and credible.The case study on a commerce APP and hotel booking APP was carried out to prove that the method proposed is effective and feasible.The method has certain referential significance for the Kansei design and design evaluation of electronic commence websites.
